What SeatSidekick is
SeatSidekick is a free web app that aggregates publicly available resale ticket data for the 2026 World Cup. We are not a ticket marketplace. We do not sell tickets or handle transactions.
What SeatSidekick is not
SeatSidekick is not affiliated with FIFA, any tournament organizing body, host nation, or ticket reseller. This is an independent fan project.
Your use of the Service
You may:
- View and browse the displayed data
- Sort and filter matches
- Share links to the site, specific matches, or filtered views
- Sign up for feature launch notifications (optional)
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or make automated requests to SeatSidekick (this slows things down for everyone)
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
- Use the Service to build a competing product that displays the same aggregated data commercially
- Claim any affiliation with SeatSidekick that you don't have
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
The data we show
Listings update every few minutes but are not real-time. Prices and availability can change between when we pull the data and when you view it. Always confirm the final price at checkout on FIFA.
Your transactions
Any tickets you buy are purchased from FIFA, not from us. We have no involvement in transactions, delivery, or disputes. Those are between you and FIFA.
Email signups
If you sign up for feature launch notifications, you're agreeing to receive transactional emails from us about new features. These are not marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Buy Me a Coffee
If you tip via Buy Me a Coffee, the transaction is handled by buymeacoffee.com under their terms. We don't process payments. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable (because we don't have a way to refund them — talk to buymeacoffee.com if there's an issue).
Intellectual property
The design, code, and branding of SeatSidekick are ours. The ticket listing data belongs to its original sources. You can share screenshots or links for personal use.
Changes to the Service
We may change, add, remove, or pause features at any time without notice. SeatSidekick is a free fan project maintained on a best-effort basis.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided as-is. We make no warranties about accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any purpose. We are not liable for decisions you make based on data shown here.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeatSidekick and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you, for any reason, is capped at $100 or the amount you have paid us, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
If your misuse of SeatSidekick causes legal issues for us, you agree to cover our costs.
Dispute resolution
If you have a dispute with SeatSidekick, please email hello@seatsidekick.com first. We will try to work it out informally before any legal action.
Termination
We can terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason (typically only if you violate these terms). You can stop using the Service at any time just by not visiting the site.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable by a court, the rest still applies.
