- Any official ticketing platform, including FIFA's official ticket portal
- Any national football association, team, or player
All trademarks, service marks, and logos referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Use of any name, mark, or reference is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
Informational Use Only
All content on the Service, including resale prices, seat availability, group seat data, match information, and alerts, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute:
- An offer or solicitation to buy or sell tickets
- A recommendation, endorsement, or rating of any seller or listing
- Investment, financial, or purchasing advice
- A guarantee of price, availability, or transaction outcome
Decisions you make based on information from the Service are made entirely at your own risk and discretion.
Data Accuracy
We aggregate data from publicly available sources. While we work to keep this data current, we make no representations or warranties about its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability.
You acknowledge that:
- Resale ticket prices change rapidly and may be out of date by the time you view them.
- Listings may sell, be removed, or be modified between data collection and display.
- Displayed prices include a fee estimate (15%) intended to reflect typical buyer-side fees, but actual fees on the resale platform may differ.
- Group seat data and seat counts are derived from platform APIs and may not reflect real-time availability.
- Data collection can fail, be incomplete, or be delayed without notice.
Do not rely on the Service as your sole source of information for any purchase decision. Always verify pricing, availability, and seat details on the actual resale platform before completing a transaction.
No Transaction Facilitation
SeatSidekick does not sell tickets, hold inventory, process ticket payments, verify seller identity, or facilitate transactions of any kind. When you click through to a third-party platform, you are leaving the Service and entering a separate platform with its own terms, pricing, fees, and policies.
We are not a party to any transaction between you and a ticket seller or platform. We are not responsible for:
- Listing legitimacy or authenticity
- Seller conduct or fulfillment
- Disputed charges or chargebacks
- Tickets that fail to scan, are denied entry, or are otherwise invalid
- Refund policies or processes of any third-party platform
- Currency conversion, taxes, or fees charged by third parties
If you have a problem with a ticket purchase, your recourse is with the platform you purchased from, not with SeatSidekick.
Alerts Are Best-Effort
Alerts are generated by automated systems and delivered via email on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:
- That alerts will be sent for every matching listing
- Delivery within any specific timeframe
- That alerts will be delivered at all in the event of system, third-party, or network failure
- That a listing referenced in an alert will still be available when you check
You should not rely on alerts as a primary or sole signal for time-sensitive purchase decisions.
Resale Legality
Ticket resale is regulated differently across jurisdictions. Some venues, events, or regions restrict or prohibit resale, impose price caps, or require specific resale channels. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any purchase or resale you engage in complies with applicable laws and the rules of the event organizer and venue. SeatSidekick provides no legal advice on resale legality in any jurisdiction.
Use At Your Own Risk
Your use of the Service is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeatSidekick disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from:
- Reliance on data or alerts from the Service
- Inability to access or use the Service
- Decisions or transactions you enter into based on information from the Service
- Any third-party platform, seller, or transaction
